Louise runs cookery courses in her modern family kitchen for those that like a small and intimate atmosphere.
Louise is best known for her very popular series of Traditional Aga Cookery books but has also many years experience as a Home Economics teacher and as a demonstrator and home economics consultant for a range of companies. She is also an experienced food stylist.
Louise mostly uses her four-oven Aga but you will also be able to use the Gaggenau combination steam oven and standard oven as well as an induction hob if you wish.
If you have a yearning to learn how to cook a particular food or dish let Louise know when booking and she will try to fit that in for your course.
This year sees the prospect of my moving house to something on fewer levels and more manageable. Finding a house in Bath where the kitchen will house an Aga (four-oven at that) and a steam oven, have easy access to the garden and allow me to have the kitchen as I would like it is not easy. Watch this space!
As this is unpredictable I will not be running any courses in the immediate future, but do come along to one of my Aga demonstrations if you can.
However I am happy to answer questions and queries by e-mail, and phone if desperate. I can always come to you in your kitchen if you would prefer.
I am constantly testing out new recipes so I will be posting those on the web-site periodically for you to try. I would love some feedback!
For the season ahead I have posted one or two new recipes for you to try.
I look forward to meeting you over the next few months.
